1. What PlayDock provides

PlayDock is a curated directory that helps visitors discover free-to-play PC and browser games, giveaways, starter packs, and other special offers. We provide informational listings and links; we do not publish, operate, or control the third-party games listed on the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services in your country. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must do so for you.

3. Accounts and Google Sign-In

Browsing does not require an account. If account features are offered and you use Google Sign-In, you authorize PlayDock to receive the basic account information shown on Google's consent screen for authentication and the account features presented to you. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to it secure.

You may revoke PlayDock's access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access may disable account-specific features but will not prevent you from browsing the public catalog. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

You may use PlayDock only lawfully. You must not:

• interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• introduce malicious code or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service;
• misrepresent your identity or use PlayDock for fraud or unlawful activity; or

5. Third-party games, offers, and affiliate links

Game availability, system requirements, prices, rewards, expiry dates, and eligibility are controlled by third parties and can change without notice. Always verify an offer on the publisher's official page before acting on it.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. PlayDock may earn a commission from qualifying actions at no additional cost to you. A link or listing is not a guarantee or endorsement of a third party, and third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual property

PlayDock's site design, original text, organization, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Game names, logos, screenshots, videos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or promotional reference.

Subject to these Terms, PlayDock grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PlayDock at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to account features when reasonably necessary to protect PlayDock or its users, comply with law, address security risks, or respond to a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

8. Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, listings, or account access at any time. We may also restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or violations of these Terms. We do not promise that PlayDock or any listing will always be available, complete, or error-free.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayDock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy or availability of third-party games and offers, or that the service will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayDock and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of PlayDock or third-party services. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and indemnify PlayDock and its operators against third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply where a claim results from PlayDock's own unlawful conduct.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to PlayDock's operation and to your use of the service, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and PlayDock regarding the service and replace earlier understandings about the same subject.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to PlayDock or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use PlayDock after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
